Reebok GR Rower offers 17 programs and 16 electrical resistance levels that you can easily control via the integrated LCD screen. From the screen you can read 6 functions, including time and distance and pulse via a wireless receiver. Pulse belt is not included.
Rowing machines are popular training tools when you typically train 30% arms and 70% legs. The back is also trained as it works to stabilize the body during the exercise. The more resistance and the faster your rowing tags are, the greater the part of the power you exercise is what is achieved through your legs, rather than your arms. The ergonomic saddle slides along the 1.23 meter long rail and your feet are held in place via the adjustable straps, which allows you to maintain a correct posture during the workout. Reebok Power GR is foldable and can easily be moved with the transport wheels for storage in the desired place. The rowing machine can, with the help of the supplied installation screws, be set to be stable on the floor.
